Project consists of two parts the first being to form an additional bedroom within existing attic living area by way of opening up roof and constructing new pitched roof dormer. The second area is to remove the existing dividing partition and kitchen. Create new open plan kitchen dinning area. To complement the new area the existing window has been removed and new French doors fitted to give additional light and easy access to garden.
