This consists of three elements. Our client works from home and wished to create an office space away from the distraction of everyday living . We have converted part of garage into an office, fully insulated with separate side access. We have also turned an existing bathroom into an ensuite by reconfiguring door layout, and turned an existing bedroom, bathroom and small study into let-able accommodation for holiday market.
